If a file listed is an image then you may use a left-button mouse click on the thumbnail or its filename to display the image at the top of the page. For files that aren't images a left-mouse click on the filename may open the file in your browser window. This will depend on the browser you use (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc), the type of file (acrobat pdf, word document etc) and the software installed on your computer.

To save any file on your computer, use a right-mouse click on the line "Save (Right Click)" below the picture and then choose "Save Target As...". If the file is an image don't use "Save Picture As..." as this will only save the thumbnail to your computer. In the Firefox browser you should use "Save Link As..." to save files on your computer.
